Where can I download it?

Feather Linux can run from a CD or a USB pendrive.

Feather Linux CD edition can be downloaded here , and there is also a boot image. The current release is 0.7.5. The changelog can be found here. MD5SUMs can be found here.

Feather Linux USB edition (0.7.4) can be downloaded from here, and there is also a boot floppy for systems that cannot boot from USB drives (and for systems that fail to boot even still, there is this boot floppy). Installation instructions and MD5SUMs are also available.

The dpkg structure and /usr/src/linux are available here and here, both as bzip2ed tar archives.

Feather Linux Console Edition is now available. Feather Linux Console Edition is an edition of Feather Linux designed for rescuing corrupted or crashed systems, while still being smaller than 50Mb. It contains a wide array of rescue applications, including The Sleuth Kit and captive-ntfs. The list of applications included can be found here, and here is the distribution itself.
